INTERN
Available for virtual sessions.
I work with clients navigating identity exploration, overwhelm, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, anxiety, trauma, depression, career struggles, and major life transitions. I believe that clients can heal, grow and change with support that makes them feel centered, heard, cared for, connected, and more confident.
I am a humanist and human-centered practitioner, and I integrate evidence-based modalities into therapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic, and person-centered care.
I have experience working with adults of all ages and backgrounds including immigrants and people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, and people who identify as neurodiverse. As clients set their own goals, I support approaches, narratives, and actions to: manage stress and burnout, strengthen communication, build confidence at home and at work, and foster more connected and secure relationships, while prioritizing emotional wellbeing.
