PSYCHOTHERAPIST

Available for in-person and virtual sessions.

Together, we can address the unhelpful thoughts that are getting in the way of your goals. My focus is helping those with anxiety and OCD. I am also here to provide support when it comes to exploring self-esteem, identity, relationships, and life transitions. As a bisexual clinician, I work with the LGBTQ+ community and welcome adults of all experiences.

What you can expect from our therapeutic relationship is a foundation of nonjudgment, support, and trust. This will lead to collaboration, being challenged, some humor, and the ability to walk away with newfound self-knowledge and coping skills.

I mainly draw from CBT, ACT, and DBT, but have other modalities up my sleeve. For my OCD work, I mainly use I-CBT, but can do ERP if you'd prefer.
