PSYCHOTHERAPIST
Available for in-person and virtual sessions.
I take a collaborative approach to therapy and aim to create a space that feels safe enough to explore what feels overwhelming or difficult. I’m curious about how your experiences and relationships have shaped the way you understand yourself and see the world around you.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-doubt. Together, we focus on understanding and shifting patterns that no longer serve you. I also incorporate practical skills from DBT and CBT to help you better understand your emotions, reframe unhelpful thought patterns, and respond with more intention. We balance insight and skill-building at a pace that feels right for you.
I’m especially drawn to conversations about meaning - who you are, what matters to you, and how you want to live. My goal is to help you strengthen your voice, clarify your values, and create change that feels aligned with the life you want.
