INTERN

Available for virtual sessions.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, questions around gender and identity, career transitions, and periods of uncertainty or change. I am especially interested in helping clients better understand the patterns, experiences, and emotional responses that may be contributing to feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also focusing on developing greater insight into how past experiences shape the way we think, feel, and respond in the present. Together, we can identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, develop new ways of responding, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

I believe therapy is not about becoming someone else. It is about understanding yourself more deeply and creating greater choice in how you move through your life. My goal is to provide a space where you can explore difficult emotions honestly, develop greater self-awareness, and begin to see possibilities that may have been difficult to recognize on your own.

You don't have to change who you are. You can begin by understanding yourself differently.
