PSYCHOTHERAPIST

Available for in-person and virtual sessions.

I specialize in offering affirming care to the LGBTQ+ community, while warmly welcoming individuals from all backgrounds and identities. My work has supported clients through a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, major life transitions, relationship difficulties, creative blocks, and chronic illness.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative and eclectic, drawing from psychodynamic, CBT, and trauma-informed modalities, with an emphasis on the connection of body and mind. I will work closely with you to explore your internal narratives, process emotions, and gain insight into how past experiences have shaped your current perspectives.

I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space that fosters self-reflection and personal growth – when obstacles are removed, we naturally move towards authenticity. While each individual’s journey is deeply personal, I also recognize the broader significance of this work—personal healing and self-liberation can contribute to larger social change.
